SHIPPING INFORMATION
At Cabinet Jewellery each piece of jewellery is hand made in the UK by our team of skilled jewellers. Many of the pieces available for purchase from our website are made specially to order so we ask you to please be aware of our specified delivery / lead times.
UK DELIVERY
Delivery costs £7.00 per order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure, next day delivery service which requires a signature upon receipt to ensure that your piece gets to you safely.
Please note that although this is a next day delivery service - we will need to prepare and in some cases make your piece. Therefore the next day delivery time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been finished and dispatched.
All goods in stock - please allow 3-5 working days from the date of your order, until your jewellery is dispatched.
FREE UK DELIVERY OVER £75
We offer free UK shipping on all our orders above £75, this means that your order will be delivered via a secure, insured courier and can take up to 5 days providing your item is in stock.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery from £15 pounds depending on total order value. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and DHL. Delivery times are estimated at 5-9 working days from date of dispatch depending on destination. All custom orders will have shipping calculated before the order is invoiced to the customer. This will be confirmed depending on the value of the piece for insurance purposes.
Please remember that your parcel will need a signature upon arrival. Where ever possible we aim to provide a tracked and signed for service however please refer to the Royal Mail link below for further information on Royal mail destinations and delivery services.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or the destinations customs department.
Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
How long the shipment takes will depend on the destination.

The price of a Product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
HOW WILL YOUR ORDER ARRIVE
Your order will be dispatched in a branded external envelope or box, Jewellery is packaged in Cabinet Studios Ltd packaging.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch your order within 3 to 5 working days when an item is in stock, Items made to order are on a longer lead time any you will need to allow approx. 6-8 weeks for you piece to be especially made for you in our workshop. If you need something delivered by a certain date, please do contact us to check if we can guarantee delivery before you buy.
TRACKING
All orders can be tracked using Royal Mail tracking tools using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification email. Please see this document for further information.
We use 'Royal Mail International Signed For' for international orders and 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' for UK orders charged at £7.00
You have 14 days to return an item for a refund or an exchange (excluding postage) Please note that due to hygiene restrictions we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
IMPORT DUTIES
When placing an order from outside of the UK it may be subject to import duties and taxes when the parcel reaches its final destination, these charges will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery and defined by the destination. If you would like more information on this then please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
