SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Cabinet Jewellery, each piece is handcrafted in the UK by our team of skilled jewellers. Many of our pieces are made to order, so please review our specified delivery and lead times before purchasing.

UK DELIVERY

  • Delivery cost: £7.00 per order
  • We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, a secure next-day service requiring a signature upon receipt.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed and dispatched.
  • For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.

EU & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

We are pleased to announce that we can now ship to the EU and Northern Ireland, following our compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). We have partnered with FlexRep EU OÜ as our official EU Authorised Representative (EU AR), ensuring that our products meet all necessary safety and regulatory standards.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
  • We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and DHL for secure shipping.
  • Estimated delivery: 5-9 working days from dispatch.
  • Custom orders will have shipping fees confirmed before invoicing for insurance purposes.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • International shipping starts from £15, based on order value.
  • We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and DHL.

  • All orders are trackable using Royal Mail’s tracking tools.

  • International orders: Royal Mail International Signed For.

  • Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival.
